These Are Camilla Parker Bowles’ Two Children
By LESLIE VELIZ
History - Science
Before their affair reportedly led to their respective divorces, King Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles were married to different people. While King Charles was, of course, married to the late Lady Diana Spencer, Parker Bowles was married to an army officer, Andrew Parker Bowles, with whom she had two children, Tom and Laura Parker Bowles.
Tom Parker Bowles, 47, and Laura (who now goes by Laura Lopes), 44, seemingly have a good relationship with their stepfather and the royal family. "I've always adored my stepfather; he's always been a kind and good and lovely man. He is a man of warmth, intelligence and humanity and I think if it ever happens, he will make a fantastic king," Tom once stated.
As for Laura, she shares a good relationship with her stepbrothers; in fact, she was a bridesmaid at Prince William's wedding to Kate Middleton and attended Prince Harry's 2018 wedding to Meghan Markle. However, despite their relationship with the royal family, neither Tom nor Laura will receive a royal title because they are not blood-related to Charles.
Tom and Laura both have successful careers. While Tom found success as a food writer and has published cookbooks, including "Let's Eat: Recipes from My Kitchen Notebook," and "Fortnum & Mason: Time for Tea," Laura, on the other hand, is a curator in the art world and a co-founder of Eleven, an art gallery in London.
