Experience

Erin has been a writer and editor for more than 15 years, starting her career covering Baton Rouge society and lifestyle. She spent over a decade at the Library of Congress, covering music and literature and American culture and history for the institution's various publications and its website. She joined Static Media in 2020 as an editor. Her love of the written word, history, and music started at an early age, thanks to her parents being educators and musicians/singers themselves.

Education

Erin has a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and a master's degree from Purdue.
